Ingredients for 4 people
400 g Maccheroncini Bio Muraca
1 onion
60 g of 'Nduja di Spilinga Muraca
8-10 walnuts
evo oil q.b.
Procedure:
Chop up the onion and brown it in a pan with a tablespoon of EVO oil.
Stir in two tablespoons of 'Nduja di Spilinga Muraca and let it melt.
Drain the pasta al dente and toss it in the sauce with some of the cooking water.
Serve with a sprinkling of chopped walnuts.
