INGREDIENTS (for 4 people):
- 500 grams of Maccheroni,
- 300 grams of mushrooms,
- 3 sausages,
- 1 box of tomatoes Muraca,
- 1 cup white wine,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- olive oil.
PROCESS:
Sauté in a pan with the garlic oil. Add the crumbled sausage and let brown, add the mushrooms and white wine that should be left to fade. Finally, add the tomatoes and let the sauce cook for about 30 minutes.
Cook the pasta and then toss in pan. If you want, add a chili pepper.
