Recipe - Calabrian Macaroni with Sausage and Mushroom Sauce






Ingredients (for 4 people):


500 gr of Macaroni,

300 gr of mushrooms,

3 sausages,

1 pack of peeled Muraca,

1 glass of white wine,

1 clove of garlic,

oil.


METHOD:


Brown the oil with the garlic in a pan. Add the crumbled sausages and let them brown, add the mushrooms and the white wine which should be allowed to evaporate. Finally, add the tomatoes and let the sauce cook for about 30 minutes. Cook the pasta and then sauté it in the pan. To taste, add a chilli.
